Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Gurugram/New Delhi invites an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to drive end-to-end invoice automation and seamless SAP integration. You will configure OpenText VIM components, manage ICC/Intelligent Capture, and partner with ABAP teams for enhancements while supporting post-go-live operations.

This role requires 7–10 years in SAP with deep VIM specialization, strong analytical skills, and client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM configurations, SAP Business Workflow, and SAP Fiori approval apps.
• Strong grasp of Accounts Payable lifecycle, 3-way matching, and logistics invoice verification.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong analytical, client-facing communication, and workshop-facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design & Configuration: Configure OpenText VIM components, including Document Processing (DP), mapping, indexing, business rules, and approval workflows.
• Capture & Integration: Set up Invoice Capture Center (ICC) / Intelligent Capture, OCR templates, and archive center integrations.
• SAP Integration: Connect VIM seamlessly with SAP MM (PO, Goods Receipts, MIRO) and SAP FI (FB60, non-PO invoices, tax codes, and general ledger posting).
• Exception Handling: Troubleshoot and resolve complex invoice blocks, pricing/quantity variances, and workflow routing issues.
• Collaboration & Support: Partner with ABAP teams for user exits/enhancements, conduct user training, and provide post-go-live or L2/L3 production support.

• Experience Required: 6 to 8+ years of total SAP experience, with at least 3 to 5 years specializing in OpenText VIM.
