Job summary

Kiya.ai in Hyderabad is seeking an SAP US Payroll specialist to manage end-to-end US payroll processing, configuration and compliance. The role requires hands-on experience with Payroll Schema, PCR, TUBS, and ADP testing, plus knowledge of US statutory taxes.

The position involves working with interfaces, wage types, payroll areas, posting and processing, and ensuring accurate payroll delivery with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 58 years of experience in SAPHCMUSPayroll.
• Strong expertise in USPayroll processing and configuration.
• PayrollSchema & PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) expertise is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with TUBS (Tax Update Bulletins).
• Experience with BSI Tax Factory.
• Experience in ADP Quarterly File Testing (Advantage).
• Strong knowledge of USPayrollstatutory compliance (Federal, State, Local Taxes).
• Experience in Off-CyclePayroll, RetroPayroll, Year-EndPayroll, and PayrollCorrections.
• Good understanding of PayrollInterfaces (Inbound/Outbound interfaces, monitoring, troubleshooting, and file processing).
• Experience in PayrollControl Records, Wage Types, PayrollAreas,PayrollPosting, andPayrollProcessing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
