Naukai Assist is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage US payroll processing for multiple clients from Hyderabad. You will ensure accurate wages, benefits, and tax calculations in line with US regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and proficiency with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or ECS, with strong attention to regulatory changes and stakeholder collaboration. You will liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Manage US Payroll processing for multiple clients using SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ECS, and other relevant systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, benefits, and taxes in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and provide support on complex payroll issues.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements by staying up-to-date on changes in taxation laws and regulations.

Job Requirements :
