Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an SAP Functional- Payroll expert to design and support payroll processes across US/Canada payroll scenarios in a hybrid work setup. The role requires hands-on SAP HR experience and cross-functional coordination.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of SAP HR expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with large, distributed teams while ensuring timely SLA adherence and effective release management.

Qualifications

• Must have 6-8 years SAP HR experience
• Experience on at least one support project with SLA awareness
• Knowledge of product release management and HR year-end activities (HRSPs, calendars)
• Strong communication for virtual collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience in large/remote teams
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira)
• Knowledge of data comparison tools is an asset

• 3) Good understanding of the product release management, and year-end activities (HRSPs, Time and Payroll calendars)


• 4) Good communication skills to operate in virtual environment and manage expectation with internal and external stakeholders.


• 5) Should have experience of working in large/remote teams.


• 6) Experience in Agile tools is preferred (Jira, etc.)


• 7) Expertise or knowledge of any data comparison tool to do the larger number of data records comparison for an employee is an advantage- good to have but not mandatory
