Tritusa, headquartered in Chennai, India, seeks a highly experienced SAP Test Manager to lead testing across large-scale SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformations. The role requires hands-on, delivery-focused leadership spanning ECC to S/4HANA, cloud environments, and complex integrations.

You will drive end-to-end test lifecycle, automation-first strategies, offshore coordination, risk mitigation, and executive reporting, while ensuring quality across all testing activities and post-go-live

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise-level SAP test strategy and governance framework.
• Lead end-to-end test lifecycle management (UT, SIT, UAT, Regression, Automation, Performance & Security Testing).
• Drive automation-first testing strategy integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage test planning, estimation, resourcing and offshore team coordination.
• Oversee defect management lifecycle, risk mitigation, and release readiness governance.
• Govern test environments and test data management processes.
• Lead data migration testing cycles including reconciliation and validation.
• Coordinate integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems (interfaces, APIs, middleware).
• Provide executive-level quality reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Support Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Overview

Tritusa is seeking a highly experienced, technically strong SAP Test Manager to lead testing across large-scale SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation programs. This role involves leading large-scale, multi-country SAP transformation programs.

We are looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused SAP Test Manager with strong experience across RISE with SAP landscapes, cloud-based SAP environments, and complex enterprise integrations. You will play a critical role in RISE with SAP migrations, S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, ensuring end-to-end quality across functional, technical, integration, automation, and performance testing.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Requirements

We’re looking for candidates with a combination of the following:

• 12+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in SAP Testing / QA leadership roles.
• Strong experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA (On-Prem & Cloud) implementations.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Activate methodology and agile/hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis Tosca, qTest, Jira, and HP ALM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, SCM, HR/HCM, SuccessFactors.
• Experience with data migration (Migration Cockpit), interface & API testing, IDocs.
• Exposure to SAP BTP integrations and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience managing distributed offshore teams (20+ members preferred).
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting capability.

Certifications (Preferred)

• SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.
• SAP Cloud ALM Certification.
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SAP RISE transformation programs.
• Exposure to regulated industries (Banking, Utilities, Public Sector, Healthcare & Life Science).
• Experience with AI-enabled test optimization solutions
