Job summary

PwC India seeks a seasoned QA and Test Automation Architect to lead SAP testing initiatives across S/4HANA projects. You will craft end-to-end automation strategies using TOSCA, drive CI/CD integrations, and mentor delivery teams in a complex enterprise setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in QA, strong SAP module knowledge (MM/SD/FICO), and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable test solutions from Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in QA and Test Automation, with 3-5 years in Architect/Lead/Management roles.
• 5+ years with TOSCA Testsuite and SAP automation (API/UI/TD M, CI/CD).
• Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge across MM/Procurement/SD/PP/FICO modules.
• ECC to S/4HANA experience is a strong plus.
• 2+ years applying AI/ML to enhance testing/quality processes.
• End-to-end SAP test automation and test management strategy design.
• Solid SDLC knowledge with leadership and communication skills.
• SAP module certifications (SD/MM/FICO/PP) and ISTQB/Tricentis TOSCA certs are a plus.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation, with at least 3-5 years in a Test Automation Architect, Lead, or Test Management role.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TOSCA Testsuite, including deep expertise in TDM, API testing, UI automation, and CI/CD integration — preferably automating SAP applications.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA end-to-end functionality, integration points, and data workflows, with working knowledge of at least 2-3 core modules such as MM, Procurement, SD, PP, or FICO.
• Experience testing SAP implementations, application managed services, and upgrade/migration projects; ECC to S/4HANA experience is a strong plus.
• 2+ years of experience applying AI/ML concepts to enhance test automation, intelligent testing, or quality engineering processes.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end SAP test automation and test management strategies for complex enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• SAP module certification (SD/MM/FICO/PP) and relevant testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Tricentis TOSCA) are a plus.
