Job summary

Indovision Services Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur seeks a Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities, monitor line performance, and supervise manpower on the production floor.

You will ensure alignment with production plans, safety standards, and quality procedures to meet targets. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, with hands-on SAP and MS Excel skills, strong teamwork, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation is accepted.
• 2–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and MS Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily production activities per plan.
• Supervise production line manpower.
• Ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Track OEE, productivity, downtime and rejection.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
• Maintain daily production records in MS Excel.
• Use SAP for production transactions and reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and SOP compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
• Aim to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily production activities as per production plans and targets.
• Handle and supervise manpower on the production line.
• Ensure smooth operation of production lines and minimize downtime.
• Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and take necessary actions to improve productivity.
• Track production output, rejection, downtime, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Maintain daily production reports and records using MS Excel.
• Use SAP for production-related transactions and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify production bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets

Required Skills

Education: Any Graduation

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with hands-on experience in production line management, manpower handling, OEE monitoring, SAP, and production reporting will be preferred.
