Tekskills Inc. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors EC + Payroll consultant to implement and support Employee Central and Payroll solutions across PAN India. The role requires 5–10 years of experience and involves configuring employee data, org structures, and workflows, plus SAP EC-Payroll integration.

You will collaborate with HR and IT teams, handle testing, UAT, and production support, and participate in full lifecycle projects from blueprint to go-live. Preference for S/4HANA knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll
• Experience in configuring employee data, org structures, and workflows
• Experience integrating EC with Payroll systems
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP projects: blueprint to go-live and support
