Job summary

Reqroots in India seeks an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) professional to design, configure, and implement FSM solutions that enhance field service operations and integrate with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP.

You will lead FSM configuration for work orders, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile execution, collaborate with business and technical teams, and drive post‑go‑live support, optimization, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP with at least 3 years in SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
• Hands-on experience in FSM configuration, Mobile App customization, and Cloud Connector setup.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Service, CS or CRM Service, and FSM analytics.
• Experience with CPI or SAP BTP for FSM integrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) professional to design, configure, and implement FSM solutions that enhance field service operations. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver optimized service processes through SAP FSM and its integration with S/4HANA or SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FSM modules to support field service operations such as work order management, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile service execution.
• Integrate SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA / ECC, SAP Cloud Platform, and other third-party systems.
• Customize service workflows, business rules, and forms based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to align FSM processes with Customer Service (CS) or SAP Service Cloud.
• Support FSM Mobile App configurations, ensuring smooth offline and online usage for technicians.
• Analyze business needs, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with development teams.
• Perform system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve FSM integration or process issues in production environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 3 years in SAP Field Service Management (FSM).
• Hands-on experience in SAP FSM configuration, Mobile App customization, and Cloud Connector setup.
• Strong understanding of Service Call Lifecycle, Resource Scheduling, Planning Board, and Checklists.
• Experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP BTP for FSM integrations.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Service, SAP Customer Service (CS), or SAP CRM Service.
• Familiarity with SAP FSM Analytics and Reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience integrating FSM with IoT, SAP Service Cloud (C4C), or SAP Asset Manager.
• Exposure to Field Technician Mobile Apps (Android/iOS) and offline synchronization.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, or OData for custom integrations.
• SAP FSM certification is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum project methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Relevant SAP certifications preferred.
