Job summary

Infosys Ltd. is seeking a SAP FSM Consultant to join its consulting team. The role involves diagnosing customer issues, designing innovative SAP FSM solutions, and guiding deployment to achieve client delight.

You will own parts of the proposal, plan configuration activities, and assist in design queries across various SAP modules. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP FSM implementation experience, proficiency in SAP FSM configuration and integration, and exposure to SAP CPI, Groovy

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP FSM implementation experience with at least 2 full lifecycle projects.
• Proficiency in SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration.
• Exposure to SAP CPI, groovy scripting, and Jaspersoft reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM/C4C Service module and SAP S/4 HANA Service/Customer Service modules preferred.
• Familiarity with SSAM is an advantage.
• SAP FSM certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, main role is to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• Develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• Plan activities of configuration, configure the product as per design, conduct conference room pilots and assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value-adding solutions to customers.
• Identify business challenges with clients, refine, analyze and structure relevant data for deliverables.
• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions.
• Maintain logical thinking and problem‑solving skills and collaborate effectively.
• Possess industry domain knowledge (one or two domains).

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP FSM implementation experience with at least 2 full lifecycle projects.
• Proficiency in SAP FSM configuration, customization, and integration.
• Exposure to SAP CPI, groovy scripting, and Jaspersoft reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP CRM/C4C Service module and SAP S/4 HANA Service/Customer Service modules preferred.
• Familiarity with SSAM (SAP Service and Asset Manager) is an advantage.
• SAP FSM certification is desirable.
