Job summary

General Mills is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Consultant to design, build, and support Customer Fulfillment solutions across SAP modules, with focus on ECC/S/4HANA and integration with ServiceNow and Salesforce. The role involves partnering with Supply Chain, IT, and data architects to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions and to lead testing cycles.

You will mentor the broader Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team while supporting process and technology across the supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, including customization, interfaces, enhancements, implementation, and production support.
• Strong technical expertise to lead SAP projects, design solutions, prepare functional/technical specifications, and support testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams with ownership and delivery focus.
• Adaptive learner with willingness to expand SAP skills across new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, optimize, and support Customer Fulfillment solutions across SAP modules and connected systems.
• Partner with Supply Chain, business stakeholders, IT, and data architects to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, support solution design and development, lead testing cycles, and ensure production deployment.
• Drive end-to-end solution optimization and provide ongoing functional support for reliable Customer Fulfillment operations.
• Lead end-user testing and maintain test scripts, enabling knowledge transfer and adoption of new solutions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while escalating critical issues to ensure project success.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members across Logistics and Customer Fulfillment.

Overview
This position offers the opportunity to experience a full range of the project life cycle including discovery, design, development, testing, delivery, and support of the solutions in SAP O2C modules & our Customer Visibility Portal in ServiceNow. Expectation is to scale global solutions, drive innovations that enhance user experience, deliver value to your client's, mentor the broader Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team and support process and technology across Supply Chain.

Key Accountabilities

• Apply deep SAP expertise to design, build, optimize, and support Customer Fulfillment solutions, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules and connected systems.
• Partner with Supply Chain, business stakeholders, IT teams, and data architects to translate business and statutory requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, support solution design and development, lead testing cycles, and ensure successful production deployment.
• Drive end-to-end solution optimization and provide ongoing functional support to ensure reliable Customer Fulfillment operations.
• Lead end-user testing, maintain the Customer Fulfillment test script repository, and facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption of new and existing solutions.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks while escalating critical issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members across Logistics and Customer Fulfillment to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, including customization, interfaces, enhancements, implementation, and production support.
• Strong technical expertise with the ability to lead SAP projects, design solutions, prepare functional/technical specifications, and support testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, with strong ownership, accountability, and a positive, delivery-focused mindset.
• Adaptive learner with the curiosity and willingness to expand skills across new SAP technologies, tools, and enterprise solutions.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a technical or business analyst position in Logistics & Customer Fulfillment domain
• Experience with SAP configuration and or ABAP development
• Experience with other SAP modules
• Experience with other industry leading applications such as ServiceNow and SalesForce
