Job summary

HCLTech seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone Consultant/Lead to design, implement, and support the Work Zone platform, delivering a modern digital workplace experience for HR and IT teams.

The role requires integrating SuccessFactors modules with EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, and other enterprise apps, while securing access via SSO/OAuth and exposing data through REST and OData APIs. Collaboration across SAP BTP and CPI is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone and administration.
• Experience integrating Work Zone with HR systems and enterprise apps.
• Strong knowledge of SSO/OAuth security and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone to enable digital workplaces.
• Lead integration of EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Talent modules.
• Manage role-based permissions and security configurations across environments.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP teams on architecture decisions.
• Provide L2/L3 production support including incident, problem and change management.

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone to deliver a modern digital workplace experience. The consultant will work with HR, IT, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP teams to build employee-centric experiences, integrate enterprise applications, and ensure seamless access.

Experience in integrating Work Zone with HR and enterprise systems, including exposure to recruiting, onboarding, verification, service management, and employee experience platforms. Work Zone is used as a unified access layer to present information from multiple enterprise applications.
