Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking a seasoned HRIS consultant to lead end-to-end HRIS implementations and act as a subject matter expert. You will mentor junior team members, manage complex client engagements, and guide solution design from workshops through delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-module HRIS expertise, strong communication, and the ability to drive project success while educating clients on improvements aligned with goals.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and design functional HRIS solutions for complex scenarios.
• Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables; review junior team members' configuration for accuracy.

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
