Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules and manage complex client engagements. You will mentor junior team members and informally lead small project teams.

The role requires deep HRIS module expertise, strong communication, and proven client management skills. You will facilitate requirements workshops, design scalable architectures, and ensure quality throughout SIT/UAT cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
• Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.

• Solution Design & Configuration:
  • Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios.
  • Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Client Engagement:
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables.
  • Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing:
  • Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project.
  • Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
