Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation specialist to drive our compensation programs end-to-end. You will configure modules, align with HR stakeholders, and ensure smooth annual cycles while maintaining data integrity.

You will collaborate across Employee Central and other SF modules, develop analytics dashboards, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
• Strong understanding of salary, bonus, and incentives processes.
• Experience integrating Compensation with Employee Central and other HR systems.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
