Job summary

Ardee Industries is seeking a SAP Cross-Functional Role to take over and understand the current project status, open issues, risks and pending activities. You will coordinate SAP activities across Finance, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, Quality and Maintenance, acting as the key coordination point between Business, IT and SAP SI.

Responsibilities

• Take over and understand the current project status, open issues, risks, decisions and pending activities.
• Coordinate SAP activities across Finance, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, Quality and Maintenance.
• Act as the key coordination point between Business, IT and SAP System Integrator (SI).
• Understand end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration.
• Coordinate configuration, integrations, data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
• Ensure business requirements follow SAP Fit-to-Standard principles.
• Coordinate third-party integrations including e-Invoice, E-Way Bill, banking and other applications.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, issues and action items and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate UAT and obtain business sign-off.
• Review functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios and project deliverables.
• Coordinate SAP user roles, FUE/license optimization and access requirements.
• Manage coordination with SI/vendors and monitor deliverables and SLA adherence.
• Support user training, SOPs, change management, cutover and post-go-live hypercare.
• Provide regular project updates and elevate critical matters to the Appropriate authority.
