Job summary

10XTD is seeking an experienced SAP SD Analyst for our FMCG/Manufacturing operations in Mumbai. The role focuses on SAP SD configuration, functional consulting, and supporting OTC processes to enhance order-to-cash efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct requirement analyses, prepare specs, and implement SD solutions including pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management. 6+ years experience required; travel to plants as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP SD experience in FMCG/Manufacturing.
• Min. 1 project implementation and support management.
• Experience in SAP / S4 Hana SD module.
• Sound knowledge of SD Pricing Procedures, OTС, SD Credit Management and Smart forms.
• Willing to travel to plant locations as per need.

Responsibilities

SAP SD Configuration / Functional Consulting

• Serve as a functional expert in SAP SD to recommend best business practices.
• Conduct requirement analysisand gathering for sales and distribution processes.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and configuration documents for successful project delivery.
• Configure sales and distribution objects such as pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management based on business needs.
• Handle the setup and integration of SD moduleswith other moduleslike MM, FI, and CO.
• Perform unit testing and validate configurations based on businessrequirements.

ApplicationDevelopment & Support(SAP SD Development)

• Act as the technicalaccess point for SAP SD development and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align SD solutions with the overall technical architecture.
• Communicateupdates and alignments with peers and governance teams.
• Monitor and addressorder-to-cash (OTC) cycle-related issues and ensureprocess efficiency.
• Resolve pricingand tax-related configurations and troubleshoot any discrepancies.

SAPImplementation

• Implement SAP SD solutions to enhance sales and distribution processes.
• Fine-tune SAP SD functionalities to improve the turnaround time (TAT) for processes as required by stakeholders.

SAP SD Support

• Address incidents, bugs, and changerequests related to SD processes and resolve them promptly.
• Initiate and implement SAP SD-related notes to optimizefunctionality.
• Support the sales team by troubleshooting issues related to order processing, deliveries, and invoicing.

Other IT Projects and Application Support(SD-Specific)

• Contribute to the development and support of other applications that interface with SAP SD, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Provide supportfor end-to-end projectdelivery related to sales and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to address SD-related requirements and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in similar assignment with a FMCG/Consumer Durables/Manufacturing company in SAP SD
• Min. 1 projectimplementation and supportmanagement
• Must have experience in SAP / S4 Hana SD module
• Sound Knowledge of SD PricingProcedures, Order to Cash Functionality, SD Credit Management, developing Smart forms
• Sound knowledge of End-to-End SD Configuration
• Sound Knowledge of Order to Cash GST processes
• Functional Specification Documentation Skills
• Knowledge of Barcode Scanningtechnology is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP to Non – SAP systeminterface building is an advantage, specifically with Ecommerce systems
