Job summary

Lava International in India seeks an experienced SAP SD consultant to lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, covering pricing, orders, returns, and cross‑module integration with MM, FI, and PP. The role includes designing configurations, preparing docs, and ensuring seamless delivery.

You will work with remote teams, support complex scenarios, and contribute to SAP best-practice processes while aligning with S/4HANA readiness and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 610 years of hands-on SAP SD experience including support, enhancements, and solution delivery.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP SD implementations with strong cross‑module integration exposure.
• In‑depth SAP SD configuration across Pricing, Credit Management, Rebates, Consignment, Batch Management, Sales Orders & Returns, STO, Warranty Management, Delivery & Billing.
• Mandatory GST and TCS implementation experience with statutory/compliance understanding.
• Strong knowledge of E‑Invoice, and E‑Way Bill processes with government portal integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions aligned with objectives.
• Lead functional and technical discussions with client, project, and business teams.
• Prepare specifications, configuration docs, test scenarios, and user manuals.

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 610 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, including support, enhancements, and solution delivery.
• Must have at least 2 end-to-end SAP SD implementations, with strong cross-module integration exposure.
• Deep SAP SD configuration and functional expertise across: (Pricing, Credit Management, Rebates, Consignment, Batch Management, Sales Orders & Sales Returns, STO Configuration, Warranty Management, Deliveries and Billing)
• Analyse business requirements and design SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead functional and technical discussions with client, project, and business teams during discovery and design workshops.
• Strong understanding of SAP SD developments and customizations, including Reports, Adobe & Smart Forms, Custom Z transactions, and various processing scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams for developments, interfaces, and reporting.
• Provide expert recommendations on process improvements and SAP best practices.
• Work collaboratively with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FICO) to ensure seamless integration across processes.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and user manuals.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle tight deadlines when required.
• Comfortable working with other team members working remotely from various locations.
• Experience in integrating SAP with customer-specific applications.
• Strong technical foundation with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of SAP technologies, applications, and integration landscapes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
• Preferably experienced with SAP S/4HANA.

• Mandatory experience in GST and TCS implementation with a solid understanding of statutory and compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of E-Invoice implementation, including integration with government portals.
• Hands‑on experience with E‑Way Bill processes, including configuration, compliance, and end-to-end transaction flow.
