Job summary

AROExtracta in India seeks an experienced SAP SD consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and provide ongoing support. You will analyze complex business requirements, design solutions, configure SD, and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP SD, strong knowledge of Domestic and Export Sales, and integration with SD-MM/SD-FI. You will document specifications, train users, and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end SAP SD implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Domestic & Export Sales, third-party sales, and STO processes.
• Experience in SD configuration: org structure, pricing, copy control, BP, pricing procedure, output control, availability check, EDI.
• Good integration knowledge with SD-MM/SD-FI/SD-PP.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs for developers.
• Excellent client-facing communication and training capability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems; handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Work self-directed and independently; may mentor junior members.

Desired Skill & Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
• Minimum of 5+ years designing and configuring SD modules.
• Must have process knowledge - Domestic Sales, Export Sales, Third party sales, Consignment process, STO process
• Must have configuration knowledge - Organization structure, Pricing, Copy Control, Business Partner, Pricing Procedure, Output Control, Availability Check, EDI
• Good to have integration knowledge - SD-MM, SD-FI, SD-PP, SD-PS
• Having good knowledge in table relationship will be an added advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
