Job summary

vidaXL is seeking a mid-to-senior SAP SD Functional Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Sales and Distribution solutions in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will work with business stakeholders, SAP technical teams, and cross-functional ERP teams to optimize order-to-cash processes across multiple regions.

The role covers SAP SD implementation and support, business process alignment, system enhancements, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in SAP SD module.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Hands-on experience in pricing procedures, output determination, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP SD modules including pricing, discounts, shipping, and invoicing.
• Ensure end-to-end Order-to-Cash process stability across regions.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and cross-functional ERP teams on enhancements and integrations.
• Support SAP rollout and upgrade projects (S/4HANA) and analyze change impacts.

Job description

We are looking for a mid-to-senior SAP SD Functional Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Sales and Distribution solutions in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, SAP technical teams, and cross-functional ERP teams to optimize order-to-cash (O2C) processes across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

1.SAP SD Implementation & Support

• Design, configure, and support SAP SD modules including:
• Pricing, Discounts & Conditions
• Delivery & Shipping
• Billing & Invoicing
• Credit Management
• Ensure end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process stability

2. Business Process Alignment

• Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Optimize sales processes for scalability and automation

3. System Enhancements & Projects

• Participate in SAP rollout, upgrade (S/4HANA), and enhancement projects
• Analyze change impacts and propose best-fit SAP standard solutions
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments
• Work with SAP MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM teams for integrated processes
• Support integrations with external systems (e-commerce platforms, third-party logistics, payment gateways)
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure permanent fixes
• Ensure SLA adherence for critical business processes

6. Testing & Documentation

• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials
• Support UAT and regression testing cycles

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-6 years of experience in SAP SD module
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
• Hands-on experience in pricing procedures, output determination, and billing
• Knowledge of global sales processes (multi-country, multi-currency setups)
• Experience working in retail/e-commerce domain is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of integrations with logistics and finance systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience in S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects
• Exposure to EDI, API-based integrations
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to SD
• Understanding of high-volume order processing environments
