Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience with release engineering in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 1 year of experience with software configuration management systems or source code version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in CloudALM or SAP Solution Manager and knowledge of SAP ABAP or Fiori technical environments.
- Experience in implementation of ChaRM customizations.
- Experience in managing SOX controls and audits in Release Management.
- Experience with ChaRM, STMS and SAP RISE specific transports management.
- Extensive functional experience in CloudALM.
- Extensive functional experience in SAP ChaRM implementations and operations support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs to architect and deploy enhancements for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (ChaRM), using visual workflows to improve the processes.
- Manage the transport life-cycle across on-premise and RISE environments, leading deployments, risk assessments, and Change Control Boards (CCBs) to ensure project cutovers.
- Implement a comprehensive SAP ChaRM framework by leveraging cCTS+ for cross-platform orchestration and utilizing CSOL, Retrofit, and ATC to ensure synchronized deployments across the S/4HANA and integrated application landscape.
- Serve as the functional lead for SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM), managing the entire life cycle of changes, from configuring transport systems (cCTS/CTS+) and defining best practices to coordinating releases and resolving functional discrepancies.
- Drive technical initiatives like HANA upgrades, RISE migrations, and CI/CD integration while ensuring tool interoperability and IT compliance.
