Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive progress, mentor juniors, and own end-to-end SAP/Ariba/Source-to-Pay initiatives in a large enterprise.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, design scalable solutions, and partner with executives to ensure successful deployments. You will contribute to process re-engineering across SAP, Ariba, and first-party ecosystems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver delivery roadmaps and resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Finance systems.
• 5 years of experience building integrated systems across the full lifecycle (analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

• Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and process issues post-implementation.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning, and source-to-pay processes.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering multiple full-cycle system implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa) in a large enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
