Job summary

Notus Services is seeking an SAP RE-FX Lead for an onsite client project in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. You will design, implement and support SAP Flexible Real Estate Management within SAP S/4HANA to manage leases, property and contracts.

The role requires coordinating with Finance, Controlling, Procurement and Asset Management, ensuring IFRS16/ASC842 compliance, and producing test scripts, go-live plans and user training materials.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
• Client onsite project; work exclusively from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to design and implement RE-FX solutions in SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of RE-FX solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate lease accounting, contract management, and property management processes.
• Ensure IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance.
• Develop and execute test scripts; oversee UAT.
• Prepare cutover, go-live plans, and training documentation.

The SAP RE-FX Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on lease administration, property management, contract management, lease accounting, IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, rent calculations, property cost allocations, and real estate portfolio management while ensuring integration with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Asset Management processes.
