Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Maharashtra seeks an experienced SAP RE-FX consultant to lead real estate lease management projects. You will configure RE-FX, integrate with FI/CO, MM, and PS, and support go-live activities across business units.

The role requires 7–11 years of hands-on SAP RE-FX experience, strong IFRS16/ASC842 knowledge, and excellent communication to run workshops, Fit-Gap analyses, and training sessions.

Qualifications

• 7 to 11 years of hands-on SAP RE-FX experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, lease processes, occupancy cost management, rent calculations, and property/asset management.
• Experience configuring business entities, buildings, rental objects, lease contracts, service charge settlements.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS16/ASC842 lease accounting.
• Experience integrating SAP RE-FX with SAP FI/CO, Asset Accounting, MM, PS.
• Ability to conduct requirement gathering workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to real estate and lease management.
• Configure SAP RE-FX solutions as per business requirements.
• Perform lease contract setup, rent calculations, and accounting configuration.
• Integrate RE-FX processes with Finance and other SAP modules.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and support data migration activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Strong understanding of:
