ZettaMine Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an SAP RE-FX Lead to design, implement, and support SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) within SAP S/4HANA.

The role covers lease accounting, contract management, property management, IFRS16/ASC842 compliance, and real estate portfolio management, with integration to Finance, Controlling, Procurement and Asset Management. The position requires 5–8 years of RE-FX experience and is a client onsite project from Bhilai, Chhattisgarh with 100% client-facing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
• Client onsite project exclusively from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.
• 100% client-facing project requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP RE-FX solutions within SAP S/4HANA.
• Focus on lease administration, property management, contract management, lease accounting, IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, rent calculations, and real estate portfolio management.

Summary

The SAP RE-FX Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions within SAP S/4HANA.

The role focuses on lease administration, property management, contract management, lease accounting, IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance, rent calculations, property cost allocations, and real estate portfolio management, while ensuring integration with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Asset Management processes.
