Job description

Your Role

• Collaborate with clients to analyze real estate business processes and understand functional requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions covering contract management, lease administration, and property management.
• Configure and maintain the SAP RE-FX module ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and end-user training sessions to support adoption of RE-FX functionalities.
• Manage real estate transactions including lease agreements, acquisitions, disposals, and related financial processes.
• Coordinate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Generate and analyze financial reports related to real estate portfolios, assets, and leasing performance.
• Provide ongoing SAP RE-FX production support and optimize system functionality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance real estate operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, integration teams) on system integration and data migration activities.
• Stay updated on advancements, best practices, and new functionalities within SAP Real Estate Management.
• Participate in testing cycles including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and system validation

Your Profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Real Estate Flexible (RE‑FX).
• Strong understanding of real estate business processes, lease management, and contract handling.
• Solid background in Finance, FI‑AA, and real estate‑related financial operations.
• Experience in implementing and supporting SAP RE‑FX solutions in complex business environments.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP RE‑FX configurations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Experience working in onshore/offshore models is an added advantage.
