Job summary

Capgemini Bengaluru invites an experienced SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant to join our global delivery team and help manage lease administration, contract management, and property management processes. You will liaise with finance, legal, and tech teams to optimize real estate operations and deliver compliant solutions.

We value hands-on configuration, workshops, data migration, and end-to-end testing as part of quarterly implementations and production support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant with expertise in Lease Management, Contract Administration, Property Management, and Real Estate Financial Processes.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration, lease contracts, acquisitions, disposals, portfolio management, and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of SAP FI, FI-AA, and integration with related modules to support end-to-end real estate operations.
• Experienced in implementation, support, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and business process optimization.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.
