Qualifications

• Experience in SAP production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of job scheduling, batch processing, and monitoring tools (Tivoli, ESP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support production activities.
• Provide production support for SAP ABAP, BW, and HANA environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, root cause analysis, and optimize programs using ABAP, SQL, and SAP HANA.
• Support BW data flows, process chains, job scheduling, batch processing, and production monitoring activities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve SAP ABAP performance issues in production.
• Analyze BW data flows, transformations, and process chains for optimization.

• Communicate findings and work independently to support production activities.
