Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Production Support specialist to ensure stability and performance for ABAP, BW, and HANA environments in a Hyderabad-based role. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize programs using ABAP, SQL, and SAP HANA, while supporting BW data flows, process chains, and batch processing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP ABAP/BW/HANA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong experience in SAP ABAP, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of SAP BW data flows, transformations, and process chains.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and SQL.
• Experience in SAP production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of job scheduling, batch processing, and monitoring tools (Tivoli, ESP, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and support production activities when needed.
