What you do

• Administer and continuously improve Automic Automation (UC4) environments
• Work with job scheduling, AE scripting, and workflow optimization
• Support 2nd and 3rd level operations for automation-related incidents
• Manage SAP printer administration and troubleshoot printing issues
• Maintain and optimize SAP label printing
• Operate and support Adobe Document Service
• Support SAP Basis client tools such as SAPGUI and SAP Business Client

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with Automic Automation / UC4
• Good knowledge of AE scripting and automation workflows
• Experience in SAP printing environments
• Familiarity with Windows print server administration
• Practical knowledge of SAP Basis users and client support
• A structured, service-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
