Job summary

Callaway Digital Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM consultant with strong VC experience for a factory environment. The role requires hands-on design, configuration, implementation and ongoing support across PP and QM modules, including PP-Variant Configuration, with multiple full lifecycle implementations.

Job description

JOB OVERVIEW

Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting end users of SAP PP (Production Planning) & QM (Quality Management) for a factory environment with extensive experience in PP- Variant Configuration (VC), he must also have at least two full cycle implementation experience in SAP PP & QM in ECC or S4.

This candidate will also have strong understanding of Manufacturing domain and solid business relationship skills and functional knowledge.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate and document project meetings with business. Gather details and develop slide presentations for business based on outlines from SAP team.

Gather detailed requirements from business users on approved projects and enhancements, document business requirements, and write functional specs.

Participate in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP PP with VC and QM, and integration into factory automation systems.

Communicate with other members of the SAP support team, including developers, through all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and post-production support/maintenance.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Technical skills to configure SAP PP and QM modules for a factory environment in ECC & S4

Extensive working experience with PP- variant Configuration in ECC & S4

Experience in systems integration and designing technical interfaces using SAP Plant connectivity (PCo) and/or standard connectors to ERP and shop floor.

Experience in configuring print outputs and defining requirements for development team.

Strong interpersonal communication skills; flexibility; responsiveness, and presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to produce professional documentation for standards, procedures.

Strong initiative and ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines. Ability to meet tight deadlines and to prioritize tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree or higher in computer science or related area, or equivalent additional work experience required.

10-16 years of SAP PP experience which should include at least 2 Full life cycle implementations.
