Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an experienced SAP specialist to support SAP PP and QM processes, handle configurations, troubleshoot issues, and drive enhancements. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, participating in upgrades, and delivering user training and documentation to ensure smooth production use.

You will work with a global IT team to analyze business requirements, implement optimizations across manufacturing and quality domains, and support testing

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PP & QM processes, including configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement solutions for PP/QM processes.
• Coordinate SAP upgrade/rollout initiatives and provide techno-functional support during implementation and hyper care phases.

Responsibilities

The objective of this role is to ensure that support tickets are resolved efficiently, gather and translate business requirements for system enhancements and coordinate the full cycle of IT testing and end-user testing through to successful production release.

• Create functional designs for enhancement requests and manage the lifecycle of changes (coordination with development, IT testing, end-user testing, and production release).


• Conduct and support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, including defect triage and resolution coordination.


• Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of SAP PP/QM processes.


• Participate in SAP upgrade/rollout initiatives and provide techno-functional support during implementation and hyper care phases.
