Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a SAP POSDM/POSDTA Consultant for our hybrid in-country teams across Pune, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The role requires 3–7 years of relevant experience and hands-on exposure to SAP POSDM configuration, coordination with third-party interfaces, and IS Retail knowledge.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle delivery, development and support of the POSDM module, and partner with business teams to ensure seamless data and process integration.

Qualifications

• At least one end-to-end lifecycle implementation in SAP POSDM/SAP CAR POSDTA area.
• Solely manage SAP POSDM module – Development and Support.
• POSDM inbound and outbound process.
• BRF+, NAXML file handling, data archival, store setup, tasks, sales item type, tender type, and discount type configuration.
• SAP IS Retail exposure is preferred.
• Good understanding of Retail SD and MM processes.
• Master data – article, site, customer, vendor, listing, assortments, pricing, and promotions.
• Managing incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem requests, and following client SLA.

Responsibilities

• At least one complete end-to-end lifecycle implementation in the SAP POSDM/POSDTA domain.
• Lead development and support for the SAP POSDM module.
• Configure POSDM inbound and outbound processes and related data flows.
• Handle BRF+, NAXML, data archival, store setup, and pricing/ promotions configuration.
• Prefer experience with SAP IS Retail and integration with various POS systems.
• Work with third-party interfaces and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Manage master data such as articles, sites, customers, vendors, listings, and promotions.
• Coordinate incidents, service requests, change requests and problem tickets as per client SLA.

• Good understanding of Aggregation and different sales IDoc handling.
• Should have worked in all POSDM configuration areas.
• Integration with different POS systems.
• Should have worked with Third-party interfaces.
