Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an SAP PS - Functional Consultant to join our India delivery team. The role centers on SAP Project System master data, WBS structures, and integration with FI/CO, SD, and HR.

You will engage in data migration, cost and revenue planning, and reporting within S/4 HANA environments. Based in Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida or Hyderabad with relocation support, this permanent position requires 5–8 years of SAP PS experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills to

Job Description

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Project System master data, Project Definitions, and WBS structures in S/4 HANA.
• SAP PS Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP Project System master data and transactional data, including Project Definitions and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) structures in S/4 HANA.
• Assist in data migration projects related to SAP PS.
• Results Analysis: Utilize your working knowledge of Results Analysis and financial concepts to support project cost and revenue analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate a strong understanding of finance concepts.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI/CO modules.
• Integration with Other SAP Modules: with a particular focus on FI/CO, SD, PM, and HR (CATS).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
• Cost/Revenue Planning: Engage in cost and revenue planning activities within SAP PS.
• Familiarity with CO Versions, Value categories, and cost/revenue planning processes is crucial.
• Results Analysis and Reporting: Implement Results Analysis processes and generate meaningful reports.
• Maintain the Budget Information System and create hierarchy reports for cost/revenue tracking.
• Understanding of CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) and HR functionalities is a plus.
• Familiarity with cost/revenue planning, CO Versions, Value categories, Results Analysis, and Budget Information System.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct rigorous system testing and troubleshooting to optimize the performance of SAP Project System PS solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
