Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Senior Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP HCM solutions across our Indian delivery locations. You will bridge HR processes with third-party systems, handling payroll, time, and talent modules while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of SAP HCM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel if needed.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits, Talent).
• Experience with data conversion, reporting (WRICEF), and integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in onshore/offshore models and travel as needed.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA or SuccessFactors is often a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Translate requirements into SAP solutions, configuring system settings and customizing modules to meet business objectives.
• Implementation & Support: Lead or assist with full lifecycle implementations, data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), defect management, and ongoing system support.
• Documentation: Create essential project documents like Business Blueprints, Functional Specifications (FDDs), User Manuals, and Test Scripts.
• Integration: Manage integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (like FI) or third-party systems including any other HR system.
• Training & Communication: Develop training materials and conduct user training; report project status to management and stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex functional and technical issues within the SAP HCM environment.

Position Overview: SAP HCM consultant implements, configures, and supports the SAP Human Capital Management system, bridging HR processes with third party system by gathering requirements, designing solutions, customizing modules (like Payroll, Time, Talent), testing, training users, and troubleshooting issues to optimize workforce management for clients, often working with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities configuration, data conversion, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
