Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR or talent management processes such as evaluations, goal setting, and reviews is beneficial.
• SuccessFactors certification is desirable.

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules.
• Design and configure goal plans, performance review forms, route maps, calibration sessions, CPM.

• Perform impact analysis, solution design, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct client demos, workshops, and user training sessions.
• Support data migration and reporting requirements.
