Mewar Infotech Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to lead end-to-end Payroll projects focusing on Europe payroll using ECP and On-Premise solutions. You will design, configure, post, and support payroll processes ensuring compliance across multiple European countries.

Above average expertise in statutory rules (tax, social security, GDPR) and FI postings, with experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors EC and external systems.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of SAP Payroll experience in ECP and On-Premise.
• Hands-on exposure to Europe payroll statutory rules.
• Experience with multi-country payroll rollouts in Europe.

Job description

SAP Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP On-Premise Payroll. The role requires deep knowledge of Europe payroll processes, statutory compliance, and integrations. The consultant will be responsible for payroll design, configuration, posting, and support, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations across multiple European countries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations (ECP and On-Premise) for European countries.
• Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and posting to FI.
• Manage statutory compliance (tax, social security, pension schemes, GDPR).
• Handle payroll posting to Finance (FI) including expense and liability accounts.
• Support data migration, parallel runs, and UAT for payroll cycles.
• Integrate payroll with SuccessFactors EC, Time Management, and third-party systems.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders for seamless payroll operations.
• Deliver training and documentation for payroll teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–9 years of SAP Payroll experience (ECP + On-Premise).
• Hands-on exposure to Europe payroll statutory rules.
• At least 2–3 end-to-end payroll implementations in Europe.
• Strong knowledge of payroll posting to FI.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Payroll/ECP preferred.
• Experience working with multi-country payroll rollouts.
