Job summary

GlobalWaveSoftech is seeking an experienced Senior SAP OTC Consultant to join our AMS team in Hyderabad. You will support SAP Order-to-Cash across ECC and S/4HANA, optimize sales processes, and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement enhancements.

The role emphasizes incident resolution, testing, and driving process improvements while coordinating with MM, FICO, WM/EWM, and Logistics teams. Strong communication and SAP OTC expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of SAP SD/OTC experience.
• Billing experience.
• Intercompany & Third-Party Sales knowledge.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SAP OTC processes including Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
• Configure Pricing, Output Determination, Shipping, ATP, and Sales Document Types.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional SAP OTC solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for RICEFW developments.
• Resolve production incidents and provide timely AMS support.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Coordinate with MM, FICO, WM/EWM, and Logistics teams for integrated business processes.
• Support master data management related to customers, materials, and pricing.
• Prepare configuration documents, process documents, and user manuals.
• Drive process improvements and enhancement initiatives.
• Provide user support and knowledge transfer.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. The role involves supporting production systems, implementing enhancements, resolving incidents, and working closely with business stakeholders to optimize sales and distribution processes.
