Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced SAP OTC/L2/L3 support analyst in Bengaluru, India. You will handle incidents within SLA and support end-to-end order processing including pricing, delivery, and billing.

The role requires hands-on SAP SD/OTC expertise and familiarity with S/4HANA, Fiori, IDocs, and EDI integrations. Work with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, EDI) on enhancements, testing, and deployments, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC experience.
• Knowledge of Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and related functions.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
• Good understanding of IDocs, interfaces, EDI, and FI/MM integrations.
• Familiar with AMS support processes, ITIL, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira).
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
