Job summary

Delaware is seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Consultant with strong SAP Transportation Management (TM) and OTC knowledge. You will join our AMS team to provide application support, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement across transportation and logistics processes.

The role involves Level 2/3 support for SAP TM, managing incidents, and coordinating with global teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience with SAP Application Support / AMS experience supporting SAP business applications in a production environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Fulfillment, Root Cause Analysis, and SLA-driven support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 SAP TM application support for incidents, service requests, and problem management.
• Support transportation planning, freight orders, carrier management, freight settlement, and transportation execution processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SAP TM and integrated SAP applications.
• Support end-to-end OTC processes, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Goods Issue, Billing, and Freight Cost Settlement.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
• Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP consultants.
• Ensure compliance with SLA commitments, support procedures, and change management processes.
• Participate in on-call support and critical incident management when required.
