Job summary

Galaxy Surfactants Limited is seeking a SAP Operator to handle day-to-day SAP transactions for Production and Stores. The role includes processing GR, GI, stock transfer, and production confirmation, while maintaining RM, PM, WIP and FG inventory in SAP.

You will also update material consumption and production data and coordinate with Production, Stores, QA and Planning teams. Knowledge of SAP MM/PP, Batch Management and MRP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma/ITI in a relevant field.
• 1–5 years of SAP/ERP Operations experience.
• Experience in chemical/manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day SAP transactions for Production & Stores.
• Process GR, GI, Stock Transfer & Production Confirmation.
• Maintain RM, PM, WIP & FG inventory in SAP.
• Update material consumption and production data.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA & Planning departments.
• Maintain accurate SAP records and prepare basic MIS reports.
• Knowledge of SAP MM/PP, Batch Management & MRP preferred.
• Shift working may be required.
