Job summary

Apeejay Stya Group's Ahmedabad branch is hiring an Assistant Distribution executive / SAP Operator. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in trading/pharma/FMCG sectors, with graduate qualifications and strong SAP and MS Office skills.

You will handle invoicing in SAP, generate dispatch documents, and input goods receipts and related reports at the depot or branch. Experience in branch/depot roles preferred; familiarity with CFA/distributor networks is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Trading / Pharmaceutical / FMCG sectors.
• Experience in Depot/Branch/CFA Distributor of FMCG/PHARMACEUTICAL.
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoice/bill in SAP and generate dispatch documents.
• Enter receipt of goods at depot/branch in SAP and generate related reports (LR entry, dispatch entry, PDC).
• Carry out data entry/invoicing with around 1–2 years of experience, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Job Description-

• A reputed Pharmaceutical company needs for its Branch office as a SAPOperator/ computer operator.
• Graduate in any discipline .Experience of having worked any Trading / Pharmaceutical / FMCG Company
• Those who have worked in similar capacity in a Depot, Branch , CFA ( preferably) Distributor of FMCG ,PHARMACEUTICAL Company
• Must have good knowledge of SAP Ms Office.
