Job summary

Enpro Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced stores professional to manage end-to-end store activities in a manufacturing setup. You will handle material receipt, inspection, GRN, binning and ensure timely material issue, kitting and line feeding as per the production plan.

The role requires hands-on SAP WM/MM experience, cycle counting, stock audits and coordination with Production, Purchase, Quality and Logistics teams to maintain accurate stock and successful dispatches.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Supply Chain preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing stores
• Hands-on experience in SAP WM/MM modules

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end store activities: material receipt, inspection, GRN, binning.
• Ensure timely material issue, kitting & line feeding as per the production plan.
• Maintain proper material identification, traceability & best storage practices.
• Follow FIFO for efficient material movement.
• Execute transactions in SAP for Goods Receipt (GRN / MIGO) and stock movements.
• Maintain system vs physical stock accuracy.

Job description

• Handle end-to-end store activities: material receipt, inspection, GRN, binning
• Ensure timely material issue, kitting & line feeding as per the production plan
• Maintain proper material identification, traceability & best storage practices
• Follow FIFO for efficient material movement

S AP Operations

• Execute transactions in SAP for:
• Goods Receipt (GRN / MIGO)
• Stock transfer & movement types
• Resolve COGI errors and ensure smooth production order confirmation
• Maintain system vs physical stock accuracy

Inventory Management

• Conduct cycle counting & periodic stock audits
• Prepare monthly MIS reports & stock reconciliation
• Identify and control:
• Slow-moving
• non-moving
• Ensure compliance with audit and financial controls

Coordination & Planning

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality & Logistics teams
• Monitor stock levels and raise a PR/indent for shortages

Subcontracting & Dispatch

• Maintain proper documentation for dispatch & logistics activities

Warehouse Management & Improvement

• Implement and follow SOPs, 5S & safety practices (HIRA)
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage & material flow
• Work on continuous improvement to reduce handling cost & improve efficiency

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical / Supply Chain preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing stores
• Hands-on experience in SAP WM/MM modules

Preferred Experience

• Experience in heavy fabrication/electrolyzer / project-based industry
• Exposure to SAP implementation/warehouse setup
