Job summary

Allyted Solutions is seeking a VIM Open Text Functional specialist to support AMS / Production and invoice lifecycle activities, including capture, registration, OCR data extraction, validation, and exception handling.

You will analyze and resolve VIM incidents, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes, while supporting approval workflows and maintenance of approval matrix and determiner.

• Handle critical and high priority production issue.
• VIM Functional Support
• Configure and trouble shoot VIM Approval workflow.
• Maintain Approval matrix/ Approver determination.
• Analyse workflow failure and stuck documents.
• Support workflow change request.

1. AMS / Production Support

• Monitor and Complete Invoice Life Cycle

1. Invoice Capture / Inbound.
2. Registration
3. OCR/ Data Extraction
4. Validation
5. Exception handling
6. Approval

• Analyze and resolve VIM incidents, service request and problem ticket.
• Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes.
• Handel critical and high priority production issue.

1. VIM Functional Support

• String understanding of DP, Invoice Processing, Non PO, Credit Memo, Down payment .

1. workflow and Approval support

• Configure and trouble shoot VIM Approval workflow.
• Maintain Approval matrix/ Approver determination.
• Analyse workflow failure and stuck documents.
• Support workflow change request.
