Job summary

Caliber Organisation seeks an experienced SAP MDM/MDG professional to lead MDM initiatives and ensure high-quality master data management across SAP environments. The role requires strong technical expertise and proven team leadership experience.

The incumbent will design data models, govern data quality, and drive data migration activities while coordinating with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders. 6+ years of SAP MDM/MDG experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP MDM / SAP MDG.
• Strong knowledge of Master Data Governance and data quality management.
• Hands-on experience with data migration, mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Experience in leading technical teams.
• Good knowledge of SAP data structures and modules such as Finance, Sales and Materials Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage MDM projects and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SAP MDM/MDG consultants and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Design and implement SAP MDM repositories, data models, and data quality rules.
• Drive Master Data Governance processes, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Manage data quality, cleansing, validation, and issue resolution.
• Lead data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Monitor MDM processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentoring to team members.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation.
