Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) professional with a strong background in designing, implementing, and supporting MDG solutions across multiple domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance, etc.). The ideal candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience, deep knowledge of SAP data management processes, and strong integration skills with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP MDG implementation and enhancement projects.
• Design and configure MDG data models, UI, workflows, and business rules frameworks.
• Manage data migration, data validation, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Integrate MDG with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and non-SAP systems using standard frameworks and APIs.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data governance processes.
• Drive master data harmonization and standardization across business units.
• Support change management, testing, and user training activities.
• Ensure alignment of MDG solutions with overall enterprise data strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP MDG.
• Strong understanding of MDG Data Models (MM, BP, FI, CO, and Custom Objects).
• Hands‑on experience in BRF+, DRF, UI Modeling (FPM/Floorplan Manager), and workflow configuration.
• Expertise in data migration and integration tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS) or SLT.
• Experience working with S/4HANA MDG on HANA is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and engage with business stakeholders.
