Caliber Organisation in Mumbai seeks an experienced SAP MDM Project Lead with 6+ years of relevant experience and strong team leadership and project management capabilities to drive SAP MDM/MDG initiatives.

You will lead from requirements to implementation, mentor the team, design data models, enforce governance, oversee data migration, and ensure data quality and stakeholder alignment across business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP MDM/MDG projects from requirements through implementation and support.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the SAP MDM/MDG team.
• Design and implement SAP MDM solutions, repositories, and data models.
• Define and implement data quality rules and governance standards.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and reliability of master data.
• Develop and enforce Master Data Governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Plan and execute data migration activities for SAP implementations and upgrades.
• Manage data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to team members and end users.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare and maintain project, process, and technical documentation.
• Provide training and support to users on MDM processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with SAP MDM/MDG technologies, tools, and best practices
