Job summary

Sketch Lighting in India seeks an expert SAP MDG Lead with 10+ years of MDG experience and S/4HANA exposure. You will drive master data governance for multiple domains, integrate MDG with SAP and non-SAP systems, and lead DRF/BRF configurations and upgrades across global projects.

You will document processes, model workflows, and coordinate with presales on RFPs, delivering under tight deadlines while collaborating across diverse teams and regions. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MDG experience with S/4HANA exposure in 2–3 engagements.
• Design and develop Master Data Governance for Material, Customer, Supplier or Finance data.
• Integrate SAP MDG with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Knowledge of Business Functions, change requests, DRF tools, SOA.
• Document master data processes using Visio, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
• Hands-on in Workflows and BRF.
• DRF configuration experience.
• Enhancements – data model extension, UI, FS, design.
• SAP Upgrades and MDG upgrade experience.
• Data validation, profiling, cleansing, and migration.
• Experience with SAP Data Services and Data Steward.
• Process modelling and data mapping techniques.
• Activation and configuration of MDG modules and components.
• SAP ERP logistics knowledge (SD/MM) required.
• Familiar with SolMan, ChaRM, JIRA.
• RFPs and presales experience.
• Experience in multi-cultural, multi-country landscapes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results.

Experience And Expectation

• 10+ years of relevant SAP MDG experience with SAP MDG with S4 HANA exposure in minimum 2-3 engagements.
• Experience in designing as well as developing a Master Data Governance solution for Material, Customer, Supplier or Finance Master data.
• Must have experience integrating SAP MDG with both SAP as well as non-SAP systems.
• Knowledge of Business Functions, change requests, DRF tools, SOA etc.
• Experienced in documenting master data processes using graphical tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, or other modeling tools.
• Hands-on experience in Workflows and BRF.
• Must have worked on DRF (Data Replication Framework) configuration.
• Must have worked on enhancements - data model extension, UI., FS, design etc.
• Knowledge of SAP Upgrades and preferred working experience in MDG upgrades.
• Experience on data validation, Profiling, cleansing as well as migration.
• Experience and/or knowledge of working with SAP Data Services and Data Steward.
• Experience in Process Modelling (Entity, Business Activity change, Request type,
• Workflow, Edition type, Relationship, Data Replication techniques, Key &value
• mapping, Data transfer, Export & import master data, Convert master data).
• Expert knowledge in activation and configuration of the MDG modules & components.
• Must have SAP ERP logistics knowledge (SAP modules SD or MM), especially master data is required.
• Must be familiar with SolMan, ChaRM, JIRA (Optional).
• Must have experience working on RFPs & pre-sale activities.
• Must have experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-country landscape.
• Working in tight deadlines and short notice.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver results with an aggressive timeline.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Should be ready for short-term or long-term travels across the globe.
