Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Specialist to join our Data Governance and Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Master Data Management, data governance, data quality, and process optimization. What You'll Do:

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7-12 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or SAP Master Data roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Material Master Data management and governance processes.
• Thorough understanding of data quality management principles and master data lifecycle processes.
• Experience identifying process gaps and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience defining data standards, governance frameworks, and quality controls.

• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and master data processes.
• Experience with Centric PLM or similar product management platforms is preferred.
• Strong documentation, process mapping, and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
• Experience driving user adoption and promoting data governance best practices.
• Knowledge of retail, consumer goods, beauty, manufacturing, or product lifecycle environments is an added advantage.
• Exposure to enterprise data transformation and digital modernization initiatives is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile project environments is beneficial.
