Job summary

Nordex Engineering And Technology is seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) specialist to guard data quality and ensure compliant transfer of master data across systems. You will create, migrate, and cleanse master data, support data migration projects, and maintain business rules within the MDM domain.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in MDM, strong SAP HANA expertise, and proven incident and service request management skills, collaborating with Engineering, Finance, and Service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong SAP HANA and enterprise data management expertise.
• Hands-on experience in data migration projects, BRF+ rule maintenance, mass data processing and data cleansing.

Responsibilities

• Be the gatekeeper for Material Master creation and ensure accurate data transfer from PLM to ERP.
• Create, maintain, and migrate Material Master records with data quality in mind.
• Support data cleansing in operational contexts and data quality initiatives.
• Fulfil mass maintenance tasks and contribute to data migration projects, including preparation/loading.
• Support maintenance of business rules within the Material Master Data domain.
• Collaborate to ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of master data.
• Provide timely master data support to Engineering, Material Management, Finance, and Service teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions for consistent workflows.
• Promote knowledge sharing and identify opportunities for process improvement in master data management.

• Support data cleansing in an operational context as well as within broader data quality improvement initiatives.
• Fulfil mass maintenance tasks and contribute to data migration projects, including data preparation and loading.
• Support the maintenance of business rules within the Material Master Data domain.
• Work closely to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and availability of master data.
• Provide timely, consistent master data support to business users from Engineering, Material Management, Finance, Service.
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions, to shape up a consistent, replicable way of working.
